Collective Bargaining Agreement

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is a legally binding contract between CUPE Local 07 and the City of Regina that outlines your rights, responsibilities, and working conditions as a unionized employee. It covers everything from wages and benefits to job security, grievance procedures, and workplace safety. This agreement is the result of negotiations between the union and employer, ensuring fair treatment and protecting the interests of all members.

Our current agreement is valid until December 31, 2027, and members are encouraged to review it to understand the protections and provisions it offers.
